平轉浸出設備
REO系列平轉浸出器適合于高含油料的預榨浸出和低含油料的直接一次浸出,該設備由于采用不銹鋼固定柵板代替易損壞變形的假底結構,具有設備緊湊、運行平穩、故障率低、浸出效率高等優點。
The REO series rotary extractor is suitable for pre pressing leaching of high oil content materials and direct leaching of low oil content materials. 平轉浸出器的浸出過程及工作原理
被浸出的油料由封閉絞龍送入料格。封閉絞龍中有一段充滿整個絞龍殼的油料,形成料封,防止溶劑蒸汽外溢。
轉動體由無級變速機或變頻調速機控制,可靈活調節浸出器的轉速,從而調節浸出時間。傳動部件既可采用齒條傳動,也可采用雙排滾子鏈。裝滿油料的料格按一定方向轉動,依次受到循環泵抽上來的不同濃度混合油的間歇噴淋,即每個料格經一個噴淋管噴淋一定時間,待噴下的混合油滲透完,又轉到下一個噴淋管處進行噴淋。噴淋形式采用“自噴自”的大流量循環噴淋方式,噴下的混合油濃度由濃到稀,直至最后經新鮮溶劑噴淋。平轉浸出器內當混合油噴淋量大于它滲濾過料層的量,則料層表面會短時間積一層混合油,油料處于浸泡狀態。料格轉過噴淋位置,積存的溶劑滲濾完,此時料層處在滲濾狀態。滲濾過料層的混合油,一部分匯集到前一個油斗,一部分仍回到原油斗,從而使混合油不斷向前流動。各油斗中混合油濃度呈“階梯狀”,依次升高。料格依次轉到新鮮溶劑噴淋管處時,浸出格內的油料經次新鮮溶劑噴淋和最后滴干,然后就轉到出料格的位置。因此,油料在浸出器內被混合油噴淋、滴干、再噴淋、再滴干,經過若干次浸出,最后經新鮮溶劑噴淋、滴干。混合油的流向和油料的流向是處于逆流狀態。
The leaching process and working principle of a rotary extractor
The extracted oil is fed into the material compartment through a closed auger. There is a section of oil filled with the entire shell of the closed dragon, forming a material seal to prevent solvent vapor from overflowing.
The rotating body is controlled by a continuously variable speed machine or a variable frequency speed control machine, which can flexibly adjust the speed of the leaching machine, thereby adjusting the leaching time. The transmission components can be either rack driven or double row roller chain driven. The material grid filled with oil rotates in a certain direction and is subjected to intermittent spraying of different concentrations of mixed oil pumped up by the circulation pump. That is, each material grid is sprayed through a spraying pipe for a certain period of time. After the sprayed mixed oil has penetrated, it is then transferred to the next spraying pipe for spraying. The spraying form adopts a "self spraying" high flow circulation spraying method, where the concentration of the mixed oil sprayed increases from thick to thin until it is finally sprayed with fresh solvent. When the amount of mixed oil sprayed in the rotary extractor is greater than the amount it has filtered through the material layer, a layer of mixed oil will accumulate on the surface of the material layer for a short period of time, and the oil material will be in a soaking state. The material grid is turned over to the spray position, and the accumulated solvent has infiltrated completely. At this point, the material layer is in a state of infiltration. The mixed oil that has filtered through the material layer is partially collected in the previous oil hopper, while some still returns to the crude oil hopper, causing the mixed oil to continuously flow forward. The concentration of mixed oil in each oil hopper shows a "ladder like" pattern, increasing in sequence. When the material grid is sequentially turned to the fresh solvent spray pipe, the oil in the leaching grid undergoes the last fresh solvent spray and drips dry, and then turns to the position of the discharge grid. Therefore, the oil is sprayed, dripped, sprayed, and dripped with mixed oil in the extractor. After several leaching cycles, it is finally sprayed and dripped with fresh solvent. The flow direction of the mixed oil and the flow direction of the oil material are in a countercurrent state.
