燃燒豎爐的控制儀表包括流量計、熱電偶、溫度記錄儀及溫度顯示儀表等。

一、試驗裝置:
A, test device:
1、燃燒豎爐：燃燒豎爐主要由燃燒室、燃燒器、試件支架、空氣穩流器及煙道等部分組成。其外形尺寸為1 020mm×1 020mm×3 930mm。

2、燃燒室：燃燒室由爐壁和爐門構成，其內空尺寸為800mm×800mm×2 000mm。爐壁為保溫夾層結構，爐門分為上、下兩門，分別用鉸鏈與爐體連接，其結構與爐壁相似。兩門借助手輪和固定螺桿與爐體閉合。在上爐門和燃燒室后壁設有觀察窗。

二、控制儀表：

燃燒豎爐的控制儀表包括流量計、熱電偶、溫度記錄儀及溫度顯示儀表等。

1、流量計：甲烷氣和壓縮空氣所用流量計，甲烷為6~60L/MIN可調，空氣為3~30L/MIN可調。
