AE-1雜交瘤細胞抗AChE

描述

動物用純化的人紅細胞乙酰*脂酶免疫。 脾細胞與gp2/O-Agl4骨髓瘤細胞融合。 產生的抗體與人及猴的乙酰*脂酶結合，但反應位點與AE-2(ATCC HB-73)的抗原決定簇不同。 檢測發現短肢畸形(鼠痘)病毒陰性。
