It's according to IEC61215-2-2016, IEC61646 etc International standard

UV Aging Tester for PV Module purpose
It's to precondition the module with ultra-violet (UV) radiation before the thermal cycle/humidity freeze test to indentify those materials and adhesive bonds that are susceptible to UV degradation
