MRC-5細胞是一種常用的人類胚肺細胞，是由1966年從一個正常的男性胎兒的肺部組織獲得，具有非常良好的細胞生長和增殖特性，可廣泛應用于細胞培養、病毒研究和毒性測試等領域。
該細胞系來自14周齡男性胎兒的正常肺組織，該細胞老化前能傳代42~46個倍增時間。
