產品結構特點 afeatures
1)密封比壓高:水煤漿工況用硬密封球閥由于采用金屬材料為密封面,所需要的密封比壓比軟。
密封要高得多:因此如何從設計上保證適當的密封比壓,提高零件的形位公差以及提高表面光潔度要求是十分重要的。
2)球體表面硬度高:煤粉顆粒的硬度較高,此工況情形下,在閥門關閉的狀態時要求球體表面。
硬度層有較高的硬度,否則,當閥門開啟的過程中會有煤粉顆粒鑲嵌在球體表面上,
從而破壞球體表面,以至于影響到閥門的整體密封性能。
3)噴焊層結合強度高:煤粉在管線中的流動速度很快,因此要求球體密封面必須有較高的硬度。
和強度,同時還要求所噴焊的密封材料和基體材料有較高的結合強度,以及基體材料本身的強度較好,這樣噴焊層才不能從基體表面脫落,而失去密封性能。
4)自潔功能:煤漿的吸附性較強,容易粘在球體表面上。在閥門啟閉過程中,介質顆粒被帶到。
閥座與球體的密封面之間,破壞了球體與閥座之間的密封副,從而影響閥門的密封性能,使閥門的使用壽命大大縮短。這就要求閥門具有很好的“自潔"功能,從而保證球體和閥座密封副不被破壞。
5)加工難:由于水煤漿工況用硬密封球閥的密封表面均采用超硬材料或表面硬化處理,用普通刀具無法加工,即使能加工其加工精度也不能滿足要求,同時還要求加工設備具有足夠的強度,因此選擇合適的刀具非常重要。

4) Self-cleaning function: the adsorption properties of coal pulp are strong and easy to stick to the surface of the ball. During the valve opening process, the medium particles are carried.
Between the seat and the ball's sealing surface, the seal between the ball and the seat is broken, which affects the sealing performance of the valve and greatly reduces the service life of the valve. 5) Processing hard: as the working condition of coal water slurry with hard seal ball valve sealing surface adopt superhard material or surface hardening treatment, use common tool will not be able to process, even to the machining precision can't meet the requirements, at the same time also require processing equipment has enough strength, therefore is very important to choose the appropriate tools.
