VGB-1產品概述：VGB-1是一款尺寸較小的不銹鋼手套箱，其腔體尺寸22'x 17' x 16" mm，手套箱上帶有前級室，機械壓力表和真空法蘭，所以此手套內可以創造真空或低水低氧的潔凈環境，此設備對于一些對空氣特別敏感實驗是一個理想的選擇.

簡易結構圖

關閉真空法蘭，手套箱內真空度可以達到0.5 torr（通過機械泵），然后通入惰性氣體（水份可以低于180ppm，氧可低于200ppm)

真空表和閥

手套箱主體前級室

整個手套箱由304不銹鋼制作（厚度3mm),箱體上并焊有加強筋，使得手套箱腔體達到高真空時箱體不會發生變形。

真空泵和波紋管

儀器標配中不包括真空泵和波紋管（可以在本公司訂購）

腔體內部壓力

真空度：

前級室：0.05 Torr （關閉前級內部的法蘭，使前級室和主倉成為連個獨立的真空腔體）;
主倉：0.5 Torr （關閉前級內部的法蘭，使前級室和主倉成為連個獨立的真空腔體）
正壓：1.1 atm
注意:
- 此手套箱并非為高真空設計，真空度過高會使手套箱變形
- 橡膠手套不可以在真空狀態下操作，真空處理是為了去除手套箱內的水和氧
- 正壓: 1.1 atm (注意：如果手套箱內的氣壓高于1.1atm 810 torrs 不可以操作橡膠手套）

三芯插頭（電源輸入）三芯電源線插線板

手套箱內部有一1500W的插線板，手套箱外壁上有一三芯插頭于內部插線板相連接，儀器配有一根三芯電源線，只要接上手套箱，通上外部電源，便可為手套箱內部儀器供電
