一、主要用途和性能(Main application and performance)
1.用途(Application)
φ120(φ220、φ165)×1500雙輥筒電選機是電力選礦的主要設備之一。它廣泛應用于分選鈦、鋯、金紅石、獨居石、鐵、鎢、鉭鈮、錫和其他稀有金屬礦石。分選粒度為0.1~2毫米,表面溫度小于1%的物料。在分選鈦鐵礦和鋯英礦砂等礦物的工藝流程中常與中φ885單盤磁選機和永磁選機配合,效果很好。
φ120(φ220、φ165)×1500 double Roller Electrical Sorter is one of the major equipments in electricity mineral separation. It is widely used in sorting titanium, zirconium, rutile, monazite, iron, tungsten, tantalum, niobium, tin and other precious minerals. It can separate material which’s particle size is from 0.1 to 2 mm and surface temperature is less than 1% of itself. It often works well with the single-disc magnetic separator and permanent magnetic sorting machine in the process of sorting ilmenite, zircon ore and other minerals.
該機體積小,結構簡單,操作維護方便,安全可靠,分選效果好,產品在國內外供不應求,目前主要出口到越南、朝鮮、印尼等國家,深受客戶的好評。
The machine has small size, simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, safe, effective separation and so on. It has big amount of users in China, and they are mainly exported to Vietnam, Korea, Indonesia and other countries.
2、工作原理(working principle)
電選是利用礦物的導電性質不同而進行分選的一種物理選礦方法。在電場的作用下礦粒所受到電力和機械力(離心力、重力、阻力)作用,所產生的運動軌跡不同而使之分開,從而達到分選的目的。
The electrical sorting method uses the differences of conductive of different mineral. Under the influence of electric field, mineral particles are subject to electrical and mechanical forces (centrifugal force, gravity, drag) role, then they produce different tracks that make them to be separated. So we can achieve the purpose of sorting.
當礦砂進入礦倉加熱到40℃~60℃后,通過給礦槽喂入到轉動中的輥筒(接地極)表面,隨著輥筒旋轉而進入電暈區,電暈電流使所有的礦粒(導體和非導體)均得到負電荷。導體礦粒由于與輥筒之間的接觸電阻小,其電荷經輥筒很快地傳走,在機械力的作用下,拋離輥筒,進入尾礦斗中(導電礦粒),非導電礦粒與輥筒之間接觸電阻大,不易將電荷傳走,由于電場力的作用吸附在輥筒表面,隨著輥筒的轉動帶到輥筒后部,被卸毛刷刷下,收集到精礦斗中(非導電礦粒)。半導體礦?;蛭茨艹浞址烹姷膶w礦粒落入中礦斗中(半導體礦粒)。
When the temperature heated to 40 ℃~60 ℃ after entered into the bin, the mineral particles enter into the power corona areas with the rotation roller shafts along the rotating feed roller (Grounding Electrode) surface, Corona current makes all the mineral particles (conductors and non-conductors) obtain negative charge. Because of low contact resistance with the rotating feed roller, the conductors’ charges transfer by the roller away quickly. Under the action of mechanical forces, conductors escape away from the roller, and enter into the mineral hopper(conductors).At the same time, because of higher contact resistance with the rotating feed roller, the non-conductors’ charges couldn’t transfer by the roller away as quickly as conductors’. So they are forced in the roller surface owing to the role of electrostatic force. With the rotating feed roller, the non-conductors enter into the back of the roller, and are unloaded under brush. Then they are collected in the excellent hopper (non-conductors). At last the Semiconductor mineral particles or failed to fully discharge the conductor mineral particles enter into the middle hopper (semiconductor mineral particles).
二.φ120(φ220、φ165)×1500輥筒電選機構造
(The structure of Roller Electrical Sorter)
φ120(φ220、φ165)×1500輥筒電選機,主要由給礦裝置、接地輥筒、電極、電暈電極、偏轉電極、分礦板、高壓電子發生器等組成,見圖2-1所示。
Double roller Electrical Sorter is formed mainly by ore equipment, grounded roller, electrode, corona electrode, deflection electrodes, divided mineral board, high voltage electron generator and so on. It is shown in the Picture of 2-1.
- 儲礦裝置(Ore reserve equipment):內部設置電熱元件,用以加熱礦石。
Equipped with Heating element which is used to heat ore.
2.電暈電極(Corona electrode):是一根0~0.5毫米的鎳鉻絲。電暈電極與輥筒電極之間的距離為20~40毫米,電暈電極與輥筒中心垂直線的夾角10°~25°,電壓0~45千伏,負壓輸入。
It is a 0~0.5 mm nickel-chromium wire. the distance between corona electrode and roller electrode is 20 to 40 mm, and the angle of their center vertical line is 10°~25°. The voltage is 0 to 45 kV, and the input is negative.
3.偏轉電極(Deflection electrode):是一根φ40毫米的鋁管。偏轉電級與輥筒中心垂直線的夾角30°~90°。
It is a φ40 mm tube. The angle of center vertical line between deflection electrode and roller electrode is 30°~90°.
4. 接地輥筒(Grounded roller):上下共兩個,φ120(φ220、φ165)×1500毫米,用鋼管制成,表面鍍鉻。上、下兩個輥筒由一臺調速電機經皮帶傳動,采用無級調速的方法,得到不同的轉速。
There are two rollers (up and down), φ120 (φ220, φ165) × 1500 mm. They are made with steel and chrome plated. The two rollers are speeded by a motor via a belt drive. It can get a different speed by using variable speed.

四.高壓直流電源及電氣控制
(High-voltage DC power supply and electrical control)
φ120(φ220、φ165)×1500雙輥電選機采用單相全波整流電路。其整流及控制電路見圖2—21。電流繼電器的動作電流整定在1安培左右。時間繼電器整定動作時間不大于1秒。限流電阻用來限制短路電流,保護高壓變壓器及高壓整流管。微動WK裝在調壓變壓器B1上,只有當調壓變壓器B1處于零位時,微動開關WK閉合,電路方能接通,行程開關CK安裝在機門上,機門閉上時,CK閉合,電路才能接通,機門打開,高壓立即切斷。
Double Roller Electrical Sorter adopts single-phase full-wave rectifier circuit. The rectification and control circuit are shown in figure 2-21. Current relay action current is set in around 1 Amp and time relay operating time is less than 1 second. Limiting resistor is to limit current, protect the high voltage transformer and high voltage rectifier. Micro switch WK is mounted on the voltage regulating transformer B1. Only when the voltage regulating transformer B1 is zero, the micro switch WK can be closed and the circuit can be connected.CK trip switch is installed in the aircraft door, when the door closed ,CK closed, the circuit can be connected, when the door opened, high-pressure will be cut off immediay.
高壓硅堆管整流原理圖見圖2—22。高壓變壓器燈絲變壓器及高壓整流管等浸泡在變壓器油內,以提高絕緣強度并改善散熱條件(見圖中虛線框內所示)。整流管型號為E1-0.025/140,輸出電壓為0~45千伏。輸出電流為50毫安,該電氣控制器體積小、重量輕、操作方便。
High Voltage Silicon Stack Tube Rectifier Diagram is shown in Figure 2-22. High-voltage transformer, filament transformer high-voltage rectifier tube and so on are immersed in transformer oil in order to improve the insulation strength and the cooling conditions (Within the dashed box shown in Figure). The rectifier model is E1-0.025/140, output voltage is 0~45KV and output current is 50mA. This electric controller has small size, light weight and easy to operate.
五. φ120(φ220、φ165)×1500雙輥電選機的操作、維護、安全要求。(Operation, maintenance, and safety requirements of Double Roller Electrical Sorter)
1.操作規程(Operating rules)
(1) 開機準備:開機前仔細檢查電源是否正常,對地接線是安全完好(重要),控制柜上各調壓器是否調到零位,高壓發生器線路完好,才能開機。
Boot preparation: Boot carefully before power is normal, ground wiring is safe and well (important), the control cabinet is transferred to the zero voltage regulator, and high voltage generator circuit is intact.
(2) 礦倉給料加熱,把主令開關撥到自動位上,把溫度控制儀調到所需的溫度位置,開“快”加溫或“慢”即可工作。當礦物升溫到預定溫度時自動轉為“低”溫,當礦物溫度低于預定溫度時,電源接通轉為自動加溫,如自動控溫儀失靈,操作人員則可使用手動擋加溫。
Heating material in ore bin, place the main switch to automatic position, regulate the temperature controller to desired temperature, open the "fast" heat or "slow" to work. When the mineral heating to a predetermined temperature, it can automatically becomes "low" temperature, when the temperature falls below a predetermined temperature, power supply will be connected to automatic heating. For example, when automatic temperature control device is malfunctioning, the operator can use a manual transmission heated
(3) 按馬達起動按鈕后,起動指示燈亮,慢慢轉動馬達調速器,調到預定轉速,停機時要將調壓器調到零位。
Start indicator can light after pressing the motor start button. Slowly turn motor speed controller and transfer to scheduled speed. Voltage regulator should be transferred to the zero when shutdown.
(4) 按高壓起動按鈕后,高壓指示燈亮,慢慢轉動高壓調整器,調到適當的工作電壓,停機后調壓器應回零位置。
High pressure indicator can light after pressing the high voltage start button. Slowly turn pressure regulator and transfer to scheduled operating voltage. Voltage regulator should be transferred to the zero when shutdown the machine.
(5) 拉動加溫礦倉的下料開關,調到適當的給礦量(給礦速度),本機即可進行正常工作。電選機的操作分選過程中直接影響選礦效果有如下因素:
Adjust the blanking switch of heating ore bin to appropriate ore (ore speed), then the machine can work properly. These are the following factors that can influence the sorting effect:
① 礦物的加熱溫度:在選鋯英石、金紅石時溫度分別控制為40~60℃,60~80℃。實踐證明:分選鋯英石溫度過高時,則精礦合格率低,金紅石則相反。
Minerals heating temperature: When selected zircon, rutile, the temperature should be controlled at 40~60 ℃, 60~ 80 ℃.It is proved that if Zircon separation temperature is too high, then concentrate pass rate is low. But the rutile is opposite.
② 輥筒轉速:分選鋯英石和金紅石時,電選機的輥筒轉速分別調整為300~500轉/分,250~300轉/分,效果更好。
Roller speed: It is better that the speed is 300~500r/min,250~300r/min when selected zircon and rutile.
③ 電壓:在電選機中,電壓越高,電暈電荷電場越強。在分選過程中,礦物的粗細粒度影響很大。實踐證明:細粒度礦石使用低電壓,粗粒度礦石使用高電壓。
Voltage: In electrical sorting machine, the higher the voltage, the stronger the electric field corona charge. Coarse grained minerals have a great influence in the sorting process. It is proved that fine-grained ore should use low voltage, and coarse-grained ore use high voltage.
2.維護(Maintenance)
(1) 正常運轉的輥筒,由于礦物及毛氈刷互相磨擦,時間長會破壞輥筒表面的光度。影響選礦效果,應定期更換輥簡。
When the roller is in normal operation, as the friction of minerals and felt brush, it will destroy the surface brightness of roller after a long time. So we should replace the roller regularly in order to get a good ore selection.
(2) 輥筒表面安裝有一塊約0.5~1毫米的膠皮,質地柔軟,其作用是使礦粒和地極(輥筒表面)接觸放電,其作用很重要。在*高溫環境及礦物的磨擦作用下,易變硬或破損,應定期更換。
There is a soft rubber about 0.5 ~1 mm on the surface of roller. The role is to make mineral particles and the earth (roll surface) contact with discharge. It is easy to harden or damage in the long-term high-temperature environment and friction of minerals, so it should be changed regularly.
(3) 羊毛氈:主要起刷礦作用。在使用中必須與輥筒表面接觸均勻,不能對輥筒壓得太緊,否則會影響輥筒的使用壽命,嚴重時會燒壞調速直流電機。
Wool felt: The main role is to brush ore. It must be uniform when contacted with roller surface. The roller cannot be held down too tightly, otherwise it will affect the life of the roller, in severe it can burn speed DC motor
(4) 高壓發生器的保護:輸出電壓一般在12~25千伏之間調整,在使用中由于礦物的溫度不均勻,加熱時會產生水氣現象,若電壓過高,會產生火花(放電),使設備內空間電場負荷紊亂。實踐證明:過多的放電現象影響選別質量,同時還會燒壞高壓發生器,如放電過頻,應適當調低輸出電壓。
The protection of high voltage generator: Output voltage is generally between 12 to 25 KV. Because the heating temperature of mineral is uneven, it will produce the phenomenon of water vapor when heated. If the voltage is too high, it will produce spark (discharge), So that the electrostatic field within the load equipment become disorder. It is proved that excessive discharge can influence the quality of sorting. At the same time it will burn high-voltage generator. If the frequency of discharge is too high, we should make the appropriate lower output voltage.
3. 安全事項(Security issues)
由于電選機是在高電壓下工作,為了正常生產與安全,除了滿足上述要求外,還需注意以下幾點:
As the Electrical Sorter is selected to work in the high voltage, in addition to meeting the above requirements, we must note the following to ensure safety.
(1) 應經常檢查電選機接地情況是否良好,一般接地電阻應小于10歐。
We should always check whether electrical sorter has good grounding .In general grounding resistance should be less than 10 Ohm.
⑵ 主機與高壓直流電源應該用單獨支線分別接地干線,不得串聯連接。
Host and high voltage DC power supply should be grounded with a separate branch lines, and they cannot be connected in series.
⑶ 高壓電源斷開后,高壓電極上尚有殘余電荷,必須用接地放電器將殘余電荷放掉后方能與這些零部件接觸式進行檢修。
After the high voltage power supply disconnected, there are residual charges on the high voltage electrode. So the ground discharger must let go of the residual charge before contacting with these parts for maintenance.
⑷ 應經常檢查高壓直流電源內電流繼電器,時間繼電器的整定值是否正確,控制是否靈敏。
We should always check the high voltage DC power supply within the current relay, time relay setting value is correct, control is sensitive.
⑸ 高壓直流電源的絕緣油應定期取樣進行耐壓試驗,若絕緣油的耐壓強度小于3.5千伏/2.5毫米,須進行過濾或更換。
High voltage DC insulation oil pressure test should be conducted regularly sampled. If the compressive strength is less than 3.5 kV / 2.5 mm, it must be filtered or replaced.
⑹ 應盡量縮短高壓電纜長度,電纜附近應力求干燥,運行時應盡量不與電纜接觸。
The length of high-voltage cable should be as short as possible, cable in the vicinity should be dry, and cable should not be touched when it runs.
