機器功能特性
一、機架
u 結構穩固:采用國內外流行的方鋼立柱結構,減少了40%后傾。
u 綠色:傳統超聲波焊接機立柱一般采用鋼管加工后表面電鍍工藝,凱力采用*綠色噴粉烘烤油漆。從而減少因電鍍對環境的污染。
u 高精度:普通超聲波焊接機臺采用圓柱雙環鎖結構,機臺上下移動偏差大。而凱力采用高精密機床燕尾槽導向結構,從而使超聲波設備結構更符合通用設備生產所需要的準確度。
u 馬達升降:凱力繼承了明和超聲波的優良傳統,機身移位采用馬達控制T型絲桿結構,為快速、準確調模創造了條件。
二、系統
1.具有工作鍵互鎖功能,并配有緊急停機開關,符合國內外標準。避免了由操作人員失誤,引起的人身傷害。
2.采用電腦微晶片作各級數據控制,整個工作循環全由微控器指令完成,精度可萬分之一的誤差。
3.輸出振幅可調范圍寬,適用焊接的工件更廣,整機能量采用數字顯示。讀出精度可達0.001A.
4.能量輸出使用雙組模塊,抗過載能力是普通元件的約4倍,故障率更低,并同時配有過載燈指示,一旦由于各種原因及操作失誤發生,在報警的同時,切斷驅動回路保護電器元件。
5.不良品報警功能:在超聲波發振系統中增加一套微控PA系統,對輸出功率進行隨機的跟蹤。在焊接過程中,同一工件達到滿意的效果時,技術人員將把具體參數值進行記錄后,多設備設定值進行重新設定,當外界條件變化時,引起焊接參數變化達到不設定的要求時,就會出現不良品現象,設備將自動停機。利用此原理來檢測焊接能量配合的合理性,達成焊接設備生產品質。采用微控IC方式進行報警,來提醒操作者及時發現不良品,以免流向客戶。
三、換能器和治具:
1.換能器和模頭的諧振頻率,并使工作頻開機時系統自動搜索率達到很好工作狀態,免除了傳統機器人工調諧的煩惱。避免頻率調諧不準而引起機器內部元件損壞,并且能及時判定設備是否正常,并給出故障指示和聲音報警。
2.工作時,時時**系統的諧振頻率,電流過大,溫度過高、功率過大等。很大程度上避免設備出現故障并使故障率降到很低。

一、RACK
